DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS
We use a variety of different delivery methods depending on location and priority. All deliveries within Australia are generally made via Australia eParcel, Express Post, Startrack Couriers or Hunter Express depending on the method you select during checkout. Generally, we deliver all purchases within 24-48 hours of receiving the order and have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling unless otherwise stated on the product page. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we’ll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. Delivery is made by either Australia Post or a courier service depending on your location.
WHAT POSTAGE METHOD DO YOU USE TO DELIVER?
For delivery Australia-wide, we use the Australia Post eParcel service. This is a “signature on receipt” delivery service, therefore if you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card for you to pick your parcel up at your local post office.
Alternatively we use Hunter Express or Startrack Express couriers depending on your address location.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Deliveries are made every business day by 2pm. All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched on that day. Delivery within Australia takes between 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on your address (rural or metro).

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
If your payment has been received and successfully cleared into our PayPal or bank account we will immediately ship your item to avoid any delay receiving your item. You shall receive e-mail notifications on both occasions to ensure you’re up-to-date with the status of your order. All e-mails will be sent to the registered e-mail address listed on your order.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We only ship orders out via secure, insured and trackable delivery methods. An e-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch of your order, to the registered e-mail address on your order. You can then track your order at the following URL: http://www.auspost.com.au/track/, http://www.hunterexpress.com.au/home, https://sttrackandtrace.startrack.com.au/. If for some reason you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us and we’ll provide you with as much information as possible about your parcel.
MY ITEM HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
Every item that is dispatched can be tracked as we only use safe, insured and trackable methods of delivery. If you feel that delivery is taking longer than expected, don’t panic! Simply contact us and we’ll do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date tracking details available.
In the event that a parcel is lost or delayed, we’ll take it up directly with the delivery company and send out a replacement immediately (pending stock availability), so you have absolutely nothing to worry about. We’ll do the rest!
