NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR? NO PROBLEM!
As per the The Trade Practices Act listed by the ACCC, unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds under these circumstances:
If you simply change your mind; or make a wrong decision.
- You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where:
- Products are faulty;
- Have been wrongly described;
- Are different from a sample shown to you OR
- Do not do what they’re supposed to.
Note: All buyers are liable for return postage costs, and items must be returned in their original state with original packaging otherwise the return or exchange may be refused and returned back to you at your own cost.
Advice is given to customers based on the information you provide us. We can recommend products and solutions to you but the purchase is the sole decision of the buyer. As per the ACCC Trade Practices Act, once you’ve made the decision to purchase we DO NOT offer a refund simply because of a change of mind or a wrong decision.
FAULTY ITEMS
All of our products are quality checked before being shipped. In the rare event that you do receive a faulty item, please contact us with the following details:
- Order number
- Clear and specific details of the fault
- Photos must be provided for fault and warranty assessment
After the faulty item is received back to us, assessment usually takes up to 3 business days. We will immediately post out your replacement items once the fault has been approved. Please allow standard shipping timeframes for your replacement to arrive.
